Do you want to see the Facebook Story archive for your account? Follow the steps given inside to know how you can find it. So, let’s get started and find out!
What is the Facebook Story Archive?
Ever wondered where all your stories go after their 24-hour lifespan? This is the answer. The Facebook Story Archive is a private digital vault that automatically saves your Stories after they disappear from public view. But this depends on your settings as well. Normally, a Story vanishes after 24 hours, but if, in your case, you have the archive setting turned on, Facebook saves those photos and videos away so you can revisit them later whenever you want to. And the best part is that it is inaccessible to anyone else. Only you can see your archive. The utility is to find all the stories you have uploaded in the past. It’s a great way to look back at old memories, and even re-share them in your current stories. We will discuss the steps for the same in detail.

If you want to access your Facebook Story Archive, then these are the steps that you can follow.
On the Facebook Mobile App

Now, as soon as the menu opens, choose the Archive option from the list. Click on it to open and tap on the Story Archive button. You’ll now see a grid of all your past stories organized by date for you to follow them in a simpler manner.
On a Desktop
If you are not using the app and want to use a bigger screen for that, these steps can be useful.
Find the Profile
After you have logged into your account, click on your name or profile icon in the corner of the screen.
Find the Hidden Menu
Now, click on the three dots on the side of your profile menu.
Go to Story Archive
Finally, Select Story Archive directly from that dropdown menu. This will take you there!
The only thing you need to remember here is that if you don’t see anything, make sure “Archive Stories” is toggled on in your Story Settings. They will only be saved till you have your settings on.
