Intellemo AI Introduces Pay-Per-Output Pricing for AI Video Creation

One of the constant challenges with AI video generation is cost uncertainty. Most platforms charge users heavily for their whole video generation process, including each step that comes in between the script and the final output, making it difficult to predict the true cost of a finished video.

Intellemo AI, an AI video platform operated by Intellemo Adtech Pvt. Ltd., has introduced a pay-per-output pricing model that charges customers only for the final video rather than billing separately for the intermediate steps that go into making it.

A 120-second cinematic film on the platform carries a flat, published price. The customer is charged once, at the point the final video is generated. The middle-tier AI creation steps that lead up to it, such as image element generation and scene-building assets, are not billed separately. A buyer pays for the finished video, not for each production-stage output the system creates along the way.

The launch comes as AI-generated cinematic video becomes more widely used across content creation, education, internal communications, product demonstrations, social media, and business workflows. As adoption grows, users are increasingly looking for predictable pricing models that allow them to estimate project costs before production begins.

Addressing Cost Uncertainty in AI Video

The model addresses a common concern with generative video tools. Most platforms charge by generation or by credit, meaning every prompt and step comes with a separate cost. Intellemo AI’s approach moves that cost off the customer and onto the platform, where the published rate covers the deliverable while the internal steps that are needed to reach quality standards are absorbed by the company.

Here is how the pricing works in practice:

  • A finished video is billed at a fixed published rate. The entry Story plan is priced at ₹2,299 for 120 seconds, GST inclusive.
  • The intermediate creation steps that build the video are not billed as separate charges.
  • There are no hidden charges for these production-stage outputs. The customer pays one price, tied to the final video.
  • Finished videos stay commercially owned by the customer and are ready for use without additional usage restrictions.

Higher tiers follow the same logic. The Studio plan, built for talking-avatar formats with lip sync, is priced at ₹3,689 for 120 seconds. The Cinematic tier, aimed at higher-production storytelling and presentation formats, sits at ₹4,598 for the same length. An enterprise plan with custom workflows is offered on request.

How the Model Works Behind the Scenes

For creators, teams, organizations, and businesses using AI video, the appeal is cost predictability. Users can plan projects against a known output price rather than a cost that varies with the internal steps involved. A fixed-price model can also simplify budgeting and forecasting compared with usage-based pricing structures.

The flat pricing is possible because the platform is built to handle the production steps efficiently before the final video is delivered. Intellemo AI uses automated model selection, character and voice consistency controls, lip-sync technology, and narrative continuity systems to improve output quality and keep the production process efficient. According to the company, this is what allows it to offer a single output price without charging separately for the image elements and other middle-step outputs created during production.

Focus on Outcomes Rather Than Attempts

According to Shivam Gupta, Co-Founder and CMO of Intellemo AI, the objective behind this model is to align pricing with outcomes rather than generation attempts.

“Most AI video platforms charge users for everything that is needed for a generation attempt. We wanted to build a model where customers pay for the final output they can actually use, while we take responsibility for the internal requirements to get there. As AI video adoption grows, predictability and transparency in pricing become increasingly important,” Gupta said.

The new pricing is live across the platform’s standard plans, and the enterprise tier is available through the company’s sales team. Full pricing details for every tier are published on the company’s website.
