NASA SpaceX Crew-3 launch has been delayed for quite some time now. Initially to be launched on Halloween day, October 31, now after multiple delays the launch is scheduled to happen on November 10. The crew-2 is expected to splash down two days before the launch. This will be leaving Mark Vande Hei to operate the ISS besides cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov.
Due to poor weather in Florida, the launch couldn’t happen within time. The crew-3 astronauts include Raja Chari, Thomas Marshburn, Matthias Maurer, and Kayla Barron. The current launch is scheduled to be on November 10 (02:03 UTC 13 Nov).
