The OnePlus 6T is going to come soon on the market. We are getting more and more OnePlus 6T rumors and some of the annual facts online.
OnePlus 6T is going to replace the OnePlus 6, which is a successful phone in the market as of now. There is no point of surprise that the OnePlus 6T will be the company’s ninth handset in its five years of existence in the market.
OnePlus 6T Design and Display
The smartphone has not been official yet, but OnePlus has confirmed that the handset will be going to have the screen scanner which is called ‘Screen Unlock’.
The company as of now has not revealed anything about its design, but some of the leaks suggest small water like notch at the top of the smartphone, a fingerprint icon on display, and a single lens camera.
There might be a possibility that the OnePlus 6T will be going to have a 6.4-inch full High Definition display, RAM of 8GB, 25MP front-facing camera, and a 16MP/5MP dual rear camera setup.
Power and Performance
The OnePlus 6T is going to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset which is coupled with the RAM of 6GB or 8GB. Don’t expect an external card slot which is based on past form.
Storage
This would not be a cheap option, but it is one that will be going to likely please the hardcore fans of OnePlus, as the company is going to be dead set against an expandable inbuilt onboard storage on its devices.
There is a leak that the smartphone is going to offer a 512GB of inbuilt onboard storage.
Wireless charging
In spite of having a glass back, the OnePlus 6 does not have a wireless charging support which seems to be like a significant omission for a handset.
As this is a cost-cutting measure and it seems to be much more reasonable since wireless charging is a heavily used feature, but it is good to have.
Battery
According to some of the rumors, which have been leaked, it has been shown that the OnePlus 6T will be going to come up with an improved battery, but still, it is not clear how the improvement will be achieved.
It may be the use of much more efficient chips, an increase in battery size, or a change in screen technology.
Price
As of now, there is no word from the company on the OnePlus 6T, but the cost of OnePlus 6 started at $550 and prices have been gradually decreasing since the range debuted back in the year 2014.
There are some rumors that suggest that we can expect the OnePlus 6T to cost as much as the OnePlus 6.
