As Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Vatsa will be collaborating with all areas of the organization to identify new ways in which Polaris can bring value to its client base. Through both strategy and execution, Mr. Vatsa will be focused on identifying and solving major industry pain points, such as cybersecurity and digitization, while helping clients improve business processes and managing down costs. With his deep experience in operational excellence, transformation, risk and compliance, Mr. Vatsa is well-positioned to drive business growth, create centers of excellence and enhance client experience.

Mr. Vatsa is a renowned industry veteran with extensive global and domestic experience in top-tier financial services firms, driving strategic transformation programs within organizations such as BlackRock, Merrill Lynch, Capco and State Street Bank. Most recently, Mr. Vatsa was Global Head of Transformation, COE, Data & Operations Strategy at SFS in Citigroup. A thought leader on innovation, reengineering, regulatory risk and controls as well as creating centers of excellence, Mr. Vatsa holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and holds professional certifications from The Wharton School of Business and Harvard.
