Rocketium which is a Video creator platform has now secured INR 7 crore from the early stage investment firm Blume Ventures and 1Crowd.

The startup which is founded by the former TaxiForSure employees, Anurag and Satej, Rocketium helps the businesses to create thousands of videos in minutes with the help of automation. Rocketium has a drag and drops editor to create video templates that can be converted to the unique videos with automation

“The world is moving to short-form videos,” said Rocketium CEO Satej Sirur. “Rocketium helps businesses add videos to millions of product pages, customize video ads to suit different customer segments, or deliver personalized video offers via push notifications,” he added. Rocketium has about 100,000 users and paying customers from 45 countries including startups like Trell and corporates like Commonfloor.

The company will invest the capital secured in the sales and marketing efforts which is also aimed at the global enterprises. It will also deepen its technology investment in automation and mobile.

“With the rise of messaging and social media, consumers are choosing rich videos over static text,” said Prateek Goyal, Director at 1Crowd. “Businesses around the world need Rocketium to create video content at scale without building massive design teams or hiring agencies.”
