The graphic is from the 80s and the 16 x 9 panels are bebied, but it has already been published by SEGA. Take a look at some of the games that were previously released by S Sega, such as Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Mega Man 3, and Super Mario Bros. 2.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Mega Man 3, Super Mario Bros. 2, and Gunstar Heroes 2 for the Sega Genesis Mini ARCADE.
The system contains the licensed Astro City Mini Controller, which unfortunately seems to work only on the Sega Genesis Mini ARCADE and not on any of the other systems. The system includes a licensed – for – the – Astro – City – Mini – controller and includes the original arcade-style arcade controller with a joystick and two buttons. However, it seems to work exclusively on Sega’s own arcade machines, such as the Mega Drive and Mega Man, and unfortunately, from press time, has only appeared on one of these systems and appears on only one of them, the Sonic the Hedgehog Mini Arcade Mini, but it works on all other Sega systems as well as on some other arcade games and emulators, such as the Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Smash Bros., and even on a few other games like Donkey Kong Country and Sonic 3D World. It contains an original, licensed, and for the first time in its history an arcade game controller. Unfortunately, it is only available on a Sega console, so it is not available for any other system.
You can also purchase a licensed Astro City Mini compatible controller if you want to add a second player or just want a handheld controller to use the system in HDMI mode.
The original arcade version was reissued in December 2020 and released on Sega. Previously, SEGA had released part of it under a license from Data Refinery (TM).
