The SUPER73 C1X, set to be released soon, boasts an impressive charging time of just 15 minutes to charge from 10-80%, providing the rider with a range of 70 miles. This feature has been identified by SUPER73 as a top design priority, based on feedback from its reservation holders, who have played a crucial role in the bike’s development. The C1X’s rapid charging capabilities make it a great choice for urban riders who frequently navigate city streets and highways. Furthermore, the bike has a top speed of 75mph, allowing for extended rides on the freeway without any issues.

In comparison to other electric motorcycles on the market, the C1X has a charging speed that outshines the competition, with some bikes taking multiple hours to charge. While the C1X may not have as much range as its competitors, SUPER73 has found a specific market willing to embrace the bike’s limitations and focus on its strengths.

Electrification

LeGrand Crewse, CEO of SUPER73, expresses his pride in the team’s dedication to bringing the C1X to fruition. He explains that the company’s innovation is rooted in a belief that user experience should always guide their creations, and the electric motorcycle is no exception. The C1X showcases the company’s focus on making cutting-edge technology more accessible and approachable, with fast charging capabilities available at an affordable price point.

Even traditional bike and motorcycle manufacturers are getting in on the trend of ever-faster and more capable bikes. Ducati has released its own e-mountainbike, the Ducati TK-01RR. While road bike manufacturers like Trek and Cannondale have entered the mix with e-bikes that are lighter than ever with the help of full carbon fiber frames, more lightweight and purpose-built motors and batteries, and specially-made gear components.

Although details about the SUPER73 C1X are scarce, the brand has emphasized that affordability and accessibility are paramount as they prepare to enter the market soon. As a newcomer in the electric motorcycle market, SUPER73 is poised to make an impact, as no major bike makers currently offer a mid-range or budget electric bike. With competition from larger consumer brands like Honda and Yamaha still a few years away, SUPER73 has the potential to build a devoted following.
