SurveySparrow, a cloud-based customer experience platform which provides tools for the online surveys, has now secured $1.4 Million from the seed stage Venture Capitalist Fund Prime Venture Partners.
The Palo Alto-based Software as a Service company, which has a presence in Kochi, will now use the funds for product development.
SurveySparrow, which is founded by the Shihab Muhammad and Subin Sebastian in 2017. The startup uses the Conversational User Interface and forms like the output to share the mobile first surveys while also assisting the collection of data.
The company has claimed that its offerings have helped increase the survey completion rates by more than 40%. SurveySparrow works with the customers such as the Chinese cab hailing Digi, FedEx, SAP, and Deloitte.
“We are bullish on customer experience becoming a crucial decision point in choosing the right service, with the world moving towards a subscription service economy,” said co-founder Mohammed, who is also the company’s CEO.
SurveySparrow directly competes with the likes of California headquartered Survey Money and General Atlantic based company TypeForm.
“SurveySparrow has built a mobile-first, conversational survey platform. Whether it is consumers, employees or marketers, we believe a highly engaging survey platform will be the cornerstone to measure and improve the brand experience,” said Amit Somani, managing partner at Prime Venture Partners.
