Svami, which is a Mumbai based FMCG startup that sells non-alcoholic aerated beverages, has now secured INR 7.5 crore in the funding round of Pre-Series A round led by the Rukam Capital and Niren Shah and others.
The startup, as of now has a plans to use the funds to penetrate deeper into some of the existing geographies and grow into the newer cities, expand its current product line, hire senior professionals, increase production capacity who will partner in the brand and growth building, said the announcement.
Archana Jahagirdar, Managing Partner, Rukam Capital Trust, said, “The founders’ zeal and the product impressed us the most. With increased demand, bar menus now feature global and home-grown liquor brands that need premium mixers to go with them. We look forward to working with the founders to drive their next phase of growth”.
