Vogueme Technologies Pvt Ltd which works on the interactive video platform Toch has now secured an undisclosed amount of funding in the pre-Series A led by the Mumbai Angels, Hyderabad Angels and some of the high net worth individuals.
The platform offers the monetization tools for over the top video players with the deep learning and AI technology for meta-tagging people, objects, scenes, locations, people, and activity in real time scenario.
“We have automated the decade-old meta-tagging opportunity and look to keep growing our revenues by 4x this year,” said Vinayak Shrivastav, CEO of Toch. “Toch currently enables meta-tagging for live sporting events, live shows and library-based content for streaming platforms and is venturing into broadcasting meta-tagging simultaneously.”
The startup which is founded in the year 2017 by the Saket, Alok Patil and Shrivastav, the company makes the videos on YouTube and Baidu shoppable, which enables the e-commerce sites and partners to take their products in the videos. It also works with the video advertisement and some of the tech startups for the dashboard monetization and content analysis.
The company, as of now has a plan to use the fresh funding for scaling operations and enhancing technology.
“With Live commerce becoming the center in the country after China, Toch has positioned itself as a platform to enable the new-age live discovery solution for users,” said Rathnakar Samavedam, portfolio manager with Hyderabad Angels.
