The funding round of Series B has also seen participation by the F Prime Capital, Stellaris Venture Partners, Helion Venture Partners, Eight Road Ventures and CISCO Investments.

“Whatfix has a compelling offering, vision, and management team to transform the way software applications are used in business. We look forward to using our global network and enterprise SaaS expertise to support Whatfix as it continues to innovate on product and expand its enterprise customer base,” Shweta Bhatia, a partner at Eight Roads Ventures, said.

The company which is founded by the Vara Kumar and Khadim Batti in 2013. It is a SaaS venture that helps the firms to deliver the easy onboarding, self-service support, and training.

The firm counts the number of leading domestic and global companies among its client’s base which includes the Heineken, Myntra, Wipro, and others.

“Soon, there will be widespread automation with AI and machine learning changing the way we work. However, employees will need digital expertise to leverage these technologies to effectively elevate productivity,” Khadim Batti, chief executive of Whatfix, said in a statement.
