With the new OnePlus 7 pro and OnePlus 7 out, these two phones are of course the new ones on your consideration list. But buying a new phone is, of course, an investment. Something that is used for communication, work, entertainment, and everything in between, you need to be sure that the next phone you buy is everything you want and more (but not too heavy on the wallet.

And about the OnePlus 7 series-
Is the phone really worth its weight in salt? Should you switch up? Any Apple users wanting to switch from an iPhones that just keep getting expensive? Is the elevated cost for the OnePlus 7 Pro really worth it?

And if you are considering buying any one of these two new phones we suggest you put the advice from your sister, father, and friend on hold and consult the experts. Following are 4 OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro reviews you should watch and consider before buying the device that is essentially going to be stuck to your palm forever after that.

1. Marques Brownlee

MKBHD is the holy grail of tech reviews. With killer shots and amazing camera set up, you won’t need to see in person what the phone feels like physically. Trust us! The video is that good.

But apart from the killer visuals Marques also breakdown a lot of the frequently asked questions around the phone, questions related to the performance and of course, that mechanic, open and shut selfie camera. Is it going to be easy to break? Or is this the only form of tech that will ensure a truly baseless camera? MKBHD addressed all these questions in his full review. Check it out!

2. Gadgets 360:

OnePlus has been famously called as the “Flagship Killer” brand. It delivered phones with features that were found in extremely expensive phones but only at half the price. But gradually things are changing. The cost is going up and the feel of the OnePlus is gradually competing with the costs of many flagships. While Pixel 3 is one of the most premium phones on the market, it is currently within the 60k rupees range. The OnePlus 7 Pro is already in the 50k rupees range. The mid-range premium as they call it.

So is it worth buying a flagship killer or should you just spend a bit more and buy the flagship itself. This is exactly what this video talks about.

3. The Verge:

The new flagship expectation. This is the Verge review in a sentence. The review talks about how the OnePlus 7 Pro has all the features of a flagship at *almost* the same price. But the cult following OnePlus has, will they take the phone through to success? Check the video to find out!

4. Dave 2D:

2 words for you: Underwater. Review. Well, no, Dave wasn’t underwater for this review. But, for the whole duration of the video, he kept in a OnePlus 7 in water to check if it really is water resistant.

And if you’ve bee following the news you would know that OnePlus has all the fixtures to be waterproof but just hasn’t got an official IP rating in order to cut costs.

So this review, along with breaking down all the features and functions in a very simple manner, also addresses the OnePlus water resistance rigamarole.
