Yes, there are people who use MS Paint and there’s a good news for them. MS Paint will soon have the feature of 3D.
Microsoft is reportedly developing a new and improved version of Paint specifically designed for Windows 10. Among other things, the revamped app will offer a wide range of fresh brushes and tools as well as the ability to draw in 3D.

According to The Verge’s Microsoft sources, Microsoft is aiming the rumored all-in-one at creatives. A new Paint app would showcase how Microsoft’s hardware and software improvements complement each other in Windows 10 and how a stylus and touch could be introduced to a desktop PC experience.
An all-in-one would also round out Microsoft’s Surface hardware lineup, arriving almost exactly a year after it introduced its first laptop, the Surface Book. Microsoft is also expected to highlight devices from Windows OEMs and unveil gaming-related updates.
Just last week Microsoft sent out invitations for an Oct. 26 Windows 10 event in New York City. Widely expected to include a new Surface announcement and possibly Xbox news, Microsoft may also unveil its revamped Paint software.
