14 Jul. 16, NEW DELHI: Digital payments platform FreeCharge has partnered with bus aggregator Shuttl in order to assist 15,000+ commuters in Delhi- NCR to go cashless for their daily commute. Consumers can now make payment pay for their ride on Shuttl app through FreeCharge wallet within 10 seconds.
This collaboration will allow FreeCharge to make in-roads in Delhi, and NCR regions (Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad) and leverage the daily habits of commuters to migrate from cash payment to digital payments.
With more than 20k rides every day and about 400 buses at 100+ routes, Shuttl will be able to provide its commuters a user-friendly and secure way to pay via FreeCharge. Through this partnership, Shuttl will also get quick access to several of wallet users and influence the payment gateway from FreeCharge.
