BENGALURU: Bengaluru based talent acquisition firm FloCareer has raised $150k in seed funding round from its investors – Balasubramanian Krishnamurthy and Sidhartha Hazarika.
The company plans to use the capital for enhancing its offerings and targets to become the largest aggregator of crowd mentoring, self-learning and interview offloading.
According to reports by Inc42, CEO and co-founder at Flo Career – Mehul Bhatt, said, “There is a huge demand for skilled talent. But finding the right resource for the company and, for an aspiring applicant, finding a job that matches their strengths has become a herculean task. There are lots of portals and services where individuals claim their skills, but there is no good platform where these skills can be validated for the benefit of individuals and employers.”
FloCareer was founded in 2015 with Mehul Bhatt as one of its co-founder. Headquartered in Bengaluru, the company is pioneering Skill Validation Platform focusing on validating skill sets and expertise of candidates.
