Ability Games, a Kolkata based gaming platform, has now acquired an undisclosed stake in the Yudiz Solutions, a development company which is based out of Ahmedabad.
The acquisition will allow the Ability Games to stretch out its growth and develop in house games. This will also offer the company the scope for improving the existing products as well as to bring innovative gaming products for the gaming audience.
Navneet Makharia, Director of Ability Games, said, “This is a strategic acquisition on the part of Ability Games, keeping in view the future growth prospect of the company. We will now be covering the various line of products in real money gaming, play money gaming, and various sports information. Now all our products will be developed in-house, and we will work on 100 percent proprietary softwares.”
Ability Games was founded in the year 20117 by the Navneet Makharia. It is even aiming to revolutionize the online gaming industry with real online money and play money gaming products.
