VP of Engineering Amitava Ghosh has quit Snapdeal according to the multiple sources. Neither Snapdeal or Ghosh confirmed the news.
Amitva Ghosh joined Snapdeal in April 2015 after a successful stint at TaxiForSure as CTO. He previously was Director, Engineering at Yahoo for 9 years.
Gurgaon-based online marketplace Snapdeal has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Recently the company announced that it will be laying off 600 employees. Snapdeal founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal will be taking 100% pay cuts as the company goes through this phase of reorganization. (Image- LinkedIn)
