Girnar Software was founded by siblings Amit Jain and Anurag Jain in 2007. The group runs auto sites like CarDekho.com, Zigwheels.com, BikeDekho.com and Gaadi.com, TyreDekho.com and TrucksDekho.com. The group also operates CollegeDekho.com.The group has acquired Gaadi.com, Zigwheels.com, shopping engine Buying IQ, Virtual Reality Startup Drishya360s, AR-VR focused visual communications Volo Technologies, SaaS start-upConnector,  Roadside Assistance startup Help on Wheels.
