HungerBox, which is a Bangalore based cafeteria service and vendor management, owned by the Eatgood technologies, has now secured INR 15.99 crore from the One97 Communications, according to the report which has been revealed.
The funding is a part of the ongoing Series C round where it plans to secure INR 57.99 crore from the two investors in tranches. The total investment by the One97 will be going to be INR 47.12 crore while it will be of INR 10.86 crore from the Sabre.
HungerBox was founded by the Sandipan Mitra in the year 2016, who also founded the JustEat.
It offers technology stack to manage cafeteria services for the corporates as well as the vendor network. It even allows the employees to order food and pay for the cafeteria food online, integrating multiple vendors present in a cafeteria.
