This collaboration brings Akuma’s signature moves and aesthetic into the Monster Hunter universe, offering a unique gameplay experience.
To acquire the Akuma layered armor, players must complete a specific side quest titled “Ultimate Strength.” This quest becomes available to hunters who have reached Hunter Rank 21 or higher. To initiate the quest, speak with Vespae Unit Handler Quinn at the Oilwell Basin Base Camp.
Upon completing “Ultimate Strength,” players will receive the Akuma layered armor set. This set not only alters the hunter’s appearance to resemble Akuma but also incorporates his distinctive fighting style into the gameplay.
Embracing Akuma’s Fighting Style
Equipping the Akuma layered armor transforms your hunter’s combat animations to mirror Akuma’s martial arts techniques. Notably, the armor set includes:
- Gou Hadoken: A powerful energy projectile attack.
- Ashura Senku: A swift teleportation move, allowing for rapid repositioning.
- Raging Demon: Akuma’s iconic finishing move, delivering a flurry of strikes.

Additional Content and Rewards
Alongside the Akuma armor, the collaboration introduces a Blanka-chan layered armor set for Palico companions. This whimsical addition allows your feline friend to join in the Street Fighter-themed fun.
Furthermore, players can undertake additional arena quests, namely “Demonic Strength” and “True Strength,” to earn more rewards and deepen their engagement with the crossover content.
Permanence of the Collaboration
Capcom has confirmed that the Street Fighter 6 collaboration content, including the Akuma and Blanka-chan armor sets, will remain permanently available in Monster Hunter Wilds.
