22 March, 2016, Mumbai:  Insiders Research Solutions LLP, an executive search firm and CXO Talent Research provider, acquired Eazyhire for an undisclosed all-cash deal.

Eazyhire is a pre-paid, fixed-fee hiring model focused on helping startups hire great tech talent. With this acquisition, Insiders gets access to over 650 startup customers across nine countries. In addition to the customers, Insiders will also acquire Eazyhire Delivery Specialists, its unique shared services delivery process and its Delivery Workflow Software, DMS.

Commenting on the occasion, Founder & CEO of ‘Insiders’, Ravi S Singh, said, “We are very excited with this acquisition. Eazyhire is a classic example of rapid scale growing from 0 to 650 within just two and a half years. Eazyhire will allow us to offer senior level & niche talent hiring solutions to funded startups and also add tech hiring capabilities to Insiders’ portfolio of offerings.”

Eazyhire Founder & CEO, Chetan Indap, said that he was very happy with this acquisition. He further added, “Although Eazyhire was revenue generating business with over 45 per cent repeat customer rate, we wanted to focus on our newly-launched SaaS product Reckrut.com, which is gaining good traction with recruiters. Our intent with Eazyhire from the beginning was to build a large user base so that we could leverage the learnings for our product and once ready, we could reach to the large customer base instantly. By executing mandates for real customers, we have been able to gather precious insights and data that helped us simulate a recruiter’s mind accurately during the initial phone screening stage. Reckrut is an Artificial Intelligence based Call Management and Phone Interview tool for recruiters globally.”
