MarsPlay, which is an influencer led commerce platform, has now secured an additional round of funding from the Angel investors, which includes the Alvin Tse, Jonathan Lau, and Venture Highway.
Some of the existing investors, which include the personal office of the Shailesh Rao, partners, TPG Growth and Nikhil Mehta, director at the ICICI Ventures, also participated in the round.
The company previously had also secured the seed funding from the Youtube India head Amit Agarwal and others.
“Fashion-led product discovery has been shifting away from eCommerce websites to social networks, but the discovery to purchase process is still disconnected. In Marsplay, we have found a single platform that provides users with a seamless discovery of fashion trends and the ability to purchase their chosen product with a single click,” said Samir Sood, founder, Venture Highway in a statement.
It is founded by the Misbah Ashraf and Ayush Shukla in the year 2017; The app offers the personalized and curated visual content on the fashion trends with the shoppable links to the brands.
