Mumbai-based Mogae Media Acquires Ad-tech Platform Ngage

Ad-tech company Mogae Media has acquired Ngage, the ad-tech platform of Nimbuzz BV, a Netherlands-based over-the-top (OTT) content firm in an all stock deal of Rs. 40 crore ET reported.

“Ngage is a cross device ad platform and counts most large agencies like Group M, OMD, IPG and others as its clients. In India and Dubai, Ngage’s topline revenues are about Rs 40 crore,” Sandeep Goyal, founder and vice chairman of The Mogae Group, said while speaking to ET.

“We will use Ngage to start programmatic advertising on mobile for Vodafone and Aircel’s customer base from January,” Goyal added.

Started by Sandeep and Tanya Goyal, Mogae has a rich history of successful ventures over the years.
