“Info Edge (India) Limited (NSE: NAUKRI) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Highorbit Careers Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter “iimjobs”) for a cash consideration of Rs. 80.82 Cr,” the listed company said.
Nine-year-old portal iimjobs.com was founded by the IIT Alumni Tarun Mehta, to cater to the job needs of those who have graduated from the premier institutes. With more than 23000 jobs postings and 1.8 Million job applicants every month, iimjobs.com has grown rapidly.
