Z21 Labs, which is a San Francisco headquartered AI-powered voice solutions provider Observe.ai, has now secured $26 million in the funding round of Series A led by the Scale Venture Partners.
Some of the returning investors in the round include the Nexus Venture Partners, Emergent Ventures, and Hedge Fund SteadView Capital.
Series A takes the total capital secured by the startup so far to $34 million. Observe.ai last secured capital is in the month of August 2018 when the Mumbai based Nexus, Liquid 2 and others invested.
“Legacy speech analytics systems are simply not meeting the needs of the world’s top brands. This investment will fuel our mission to elevate agent performance through AI-based coaching and insights,” Swapnil Jain, co-founder and CEO, said.
