26 February, 2016, Mohali: Gurgaon based firm vCommission has launched its accelerator and research and development centre in Mohali, Punjab. The focus of this centre will be to conduct thorough research and study for innovative ideas along with developing various softwares, that will enhance the quality of services pertaining to the affiliate marketing industry. The Accelerator setup will also foray into helping startups in ad-tech industry with funding & mentorship at various stages through a unique Accelerator Program designed to support the upcoming ventures in the digital industry.

The focus for introducing this R&D Center & Accelerator Program is to further enhance the company’s vision to lead the digital space with first in innovation and become a trendsetter for the industry in values, wisdom and revolution, impacting the transformation of digitization to promote the growth of affiliate marketing industry in India.

Commenting on the occasion, Parul Bhargava, CEO, vCommission, said, “We are thrilled to extend our office, and announce the commencement operations of our Mohali R&D Centre. This location is strategically apt, as this is an upcoming IT city, providing us an opportunity to absorb young talent in the ad-tech businesses. The focus of this centre will be to research and strategize on various new ways to enhance our current business model and further accelerate the growth of affiliate marketing industry as a whole. We have also designed a special Accelerator Program to support upcoming business ventures focusing on enhancing digital services and are happy to provide investment and mentorship to promising startups in this field.”
