The round saw participation from a group of investors including Rohit Tiwari, CEO and MD of Morris Steel Advisors; P Krishnamurthy, former executive of JM Morgan Stanley; Ben James,CEO, GRT India and others.

Founded in 2013 by Wahi and Naveen Goyal, Repaireasy is an online platform that offers services to fix smartphones, laptops and tablets. Run by Bhrmaa Software Solution Pvt Ltd, Repaireasy has invested most of the funding sum in marketing, hiring and technology.

The company is targeting revenues of Rs 2 crore for FY17 and aims to break even by end of this year. It gets most of its leads from Justdial, Facebook and Google. The company has also tied up with online services aggregators like Urbanclap, Housejoy and MyGharSeva. It has recently appointed 30 franchisee locations across Maharashtra and is also launching the insurance services by end of August.
