07 Jul. 16, BENGALURU: Car repair and servicing start-up Pitstop has raised an undisclosed capital funding from its investors Alex Chua (COO at Goldbell Group) and Rahul Garg (founder of Moglix).
Commenting about the development, co-founder of Pitstop – Mihir Mohan said, “We have currently partnered with 35 local garages which we verify for their level of service. We have stayed away from road-side assistance model as providing assistance in 30 minutes is a challenge,” as per ET reports.
The company works through partnership with local garages and has had raised capital earlier from multiple investors such as Myntra’s co-founder – Ashutosh Lawania; and Anuj Srivastava and Ramakant Sharma (co-founder of LivSpace). The company has plans of entering into new markets including Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, Chennai and Hyderabad over the next quarter.
