On the outside, new Tigor gets a lot of chrome treatment on the diamond front grille, Dual chambered projector headlamps and on the door handles. It also gets new diamond cut 15-inch dual tone alloy wheels, crystal-inspired taillamps, roof mounted spoiler at the back with LED light and a black shark-fin antenna. Tata has also introduced a new Egyptian Blue paint colour with the facelift.

A new top-spec variant XZ+ has also been added in the lineup of the car which has additional features like a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system by Harman with Android Auto compatibility. The engines in the Tigor remains the same with the 1.2-litre Revotron petrol with 84 bhp/114 Nm and 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel with 69 bhp/140 Nm. While the diesel version only comes with 5-speed manual gearbox, middle variants of petrol get a 5-speed AMT as an option.
