Work Advantage, which is a Gurgaon based startup that operates in the employee rewards platform Advantage Club has now secured $1 million in the funding round of pre-Series A led by the investment firm GrowX ventures.
Investment and Accelerator platform Axilor Ventures, Sprout Venture Partners, and some other angel investors also participated in the round, according to the report which has been revealed.
The new funds will be going to be used to build deeper insights and to make a platform a more well-rounded offering for the employees.
“We are solving the core problem for a brand to be able to run targeted promotions for better audiences. Through Advantage Club, brands get access to employees from 250-plus companies and can run data-driven customized promotions,” said Smriti Deorah, co-founder and chief operating officer, Advantage Club.
The company which is founded by the former Microsft Software developer Sourabh Deorah in 2016. It is a tech-driven human resource platform that helps corporates improve employee engagement and retention by offering rewards and perks.
