Amazon has now invested INR 51 crore for a 0.51% stake in the Quess Corp, the staffing, logistics and infrastructural solutions provider according to a report which has been revealed.
Amazon has invested the funds in the company subsidiary, Qdigi Services, which offers the after-sales service for consumer electronics, smartphones, and other durables items. This is even expected to help the Amazon to add value to the customers across the entire lifecycle of electronic products from sales to after-sales and repair services.
In the year 2014, Flipkart acquired the Jeeves, an after-sales service and installation provider. The Walmart owned e-commerce company has also acquired the F1 Info Solutions, an electronics service provider specializing in refurbishment and repair of smartphones, in 2017.
