How does the waiver order work in Yahoo?

The waiver order in Yahoo is all about who gets a player when multiple people try to add them there. There are a few ways it can work, and you should know that it’s usually set by your commissioner. The most obvious one is the “Continual Rolling List,” which you must have already heard about. With this, your waiver priority number stays the same until and unless you successfully claim a player. Once you do that, you will get moved to the very back of the line, and everyone else jumps up a spot. A less common, though still practiced method is when the waiver order resets weekly. This is based on the reverse order of the league standings, so the last-place team always gets the top waiver priority. Interesting, right? You can check yours by following the steps we’re gonna mention next.

Steps to see the Waiver order on Yahoo

If you want to see the Waiver order, here are the steps that you need to follow!

  • First things first, navigate to your league’s main page.
  • Next, you need to look for the “League” tab or a similar option on your screen and click on it.
  • From there, you’ll have to find the “Standings” section, and once you do, click on “View Details.” This will take you to a detailed breakdown of all the teams that are present in your league.
  • Once you’re on that page, you will have to look for a column or a tab labeled “Waiver.” That’s the thing you’ve been looking for!
  • Here you’ll see a number next to each team name. A lower number means a higher priority, so “1” is first in line to get a player off of waivers if multiple people try to claim them. That’s how it works!
  • These are the steps that you need to know in order to see the Waiver Order on Yahoo. It’s a cool thing and you’ll soon get the hang of it.

About the Yahoo Fantasy League

Yahoo Fantasy is a widely popular platform where you can create and easily manage your own fantasy sports teams. This is a unique concept, and it’s like being the manager or the caretaker for a virtual team. Here you’ll be drafting real-life players and then earning points based on how they perform in actual games. The app and website are simple to use, and the interface is smooth. You can also get expert analysis to help you make decisions. Along with that, you can anytime join a public league or create your own with friends, competing all season long for huge rights and, sometimes, amazing prizes. It’s a great way to stay connected to your favorite sports and also keep burning the excitement towards gaming.
