1. Your very first step is to heading straight to the Watch app present on your iPhone.

2. You must confirm that the tab names as My Watch are selected. It will be present at the bottom left corner of the screen

3. Your next step is to scroll across all the options until you find Music.

4. There will be a header named as Playlists & Albums section, under the options available there, tap on Add Music.

5. Your last and final step is to choose the albums and playlists which you wish to groove on your Apple Watch.
