25 March, 2016, New Delhi: After Snapdeal joining hands with JLL Partners, it is now BroEx who has signed a partnership deal with the same company. JLL has recently announced its foray into e-commerce to market homes online through new platform JLLR.co.in. It had earlier this week tied up with online marketplace Snapdeal to sell homes, repots DNA.

“This alliance will connect customers, brokers and developers and back the efforts of home search with quality on-ground distribution supported with an automated sales process,” BroEx said in a statement.

With this association, both the firms are looking forward to build a strong channel to cater the needs of the home seekers. Commenting on the tie up, Pallav Pandey, Founder, BroEx said, “By partnering with JLL, BroEx gets access to great deals and best-in-class project diligence to deliver fabulous choices to customers.”

Elaborating on the partnership, Ashwinder Raj Singh, CEO, JLL India said, “With the launch of our new portal and alliance with BroEx, we now offer a unique blend of online-offline services. Our vision is to serve our customers more effectively by keeping their requirements in mind and providing Grade A developers with a robust deal closure pipeline”

BroEx provides a platform to builders which enable them to sell their properties with the help of around 80,000 registered brokers. JLL India has presence in 11 cities with a staff strength of over 8,400.
