Microsoft, an American multinational technology corporation, recently decided to keep a deal to develop the Call of Duty video game franchise as an iconic franchise for the Sony Play Station.

the plan was to buy actitvision blizzard’s iconic franchise but changed their decision due to unknown reasons. American franchise is a video game holding company based in california while call of duty was founded on 2003.

Despite the fact that activison blizzard was released after call of duty and must have been popular at the time, they chose to collaborate with the video game call of duty. Microsoft’s lawyers regard Call of Duty as a one–of–a–kind game, but there is no reason for them to do so.

The following passage was included in Microsoft’s 37 page response to the FTC’s lawsuit requesting that the activison blizzard be blocked

“Microsoft claims it lacks sufficient knowledge or information to form an opinion about the truth of the allegation regarding Call of Duty’s industry perceptions and the original Call of Duty release date; or the truth of the it regarding Call of Duty’s launch and typical release schedule, as well as the resources and budget Activision allocates to call of duty, including the studios that worked for call of duty.”

Because it was rapidly gaining subscription content, the FTC claimed that acquiring Activation Blizzard would allow it to increase competition in gaming consoles. Following the debate, Microsoft pledged to expand Activison blizzard by bringing it to the Nintendo Switch.

The Nintendo Switch is a video game console that was released in the majority of regions by Nintendo in 2017.the Nintendo Company was founded in 1899.’

The vast majority of the industry’s successful consoles, such as the Nintendo DS and Super Nintendo Entertainment were developed by Nintendo. Both Nintendo and Microsoft have agreed to keep Call of Duty on their respective platforms for the next ten years while Sony was also convinced to accept the deal but Sony did not accept it.
