NoBroker launches rent payment feature

Besides generating instant rent receipts and increasing convenience, the payment feature can help users to pay deposit and maintenance amount. The company has claimed that it has already received great response from both tenants and owners for the new feature.

Elaborating more on the payment feature, Akhil Gupta, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of NoBroker said, “NoBroker Pay will not only connect home-seekers and home-owners directly but also ensure that settling down and staying is just as seamless an experience as finding the right property.” He further added, “Over 10,000 people have already started using the service.”.

NoBroker basically connects house owners and seekers directly by eliminating the middleman. Apart from NoBrokerPay, the company has also launched a range of consumer-focused products in 2018, which include Travel Time Search and the visitor and security management app, NoBorkerhood. Travel Time Search helps to measure the distance in time, instead of in miles

In the month of September 2018, the company has ventured into the commercial real estate segment. Just within three months of its launch, the platform claims to have sealed more than 1000 deals, thereby saving an amount of Rs 30 crore in brokerage.
