15 March, 2016, Bangalore: Startup sector has become the booming industry in India and the sector has gained the trust of Indians as it becomes the most preferred work destination for them. As per the findings, 68 per cent Indians would prefer to work with a startup than a large corporation in 2016.

This entire survey was conducted on Inshorts’ Android app from 26th January to 2nd February, 2016. The survey saw the mammoth participation of 1,40,000 respondents contributed more than 10 lakh responses to 30 questions that dominated headlines in 2015. All questions had three options – ‘yes’, ‘no’ and ‘not informed enough’, reports ET.

The survey’s most answered question ‘In 2016, would you prefer to work with a small startup instead of a large corporation’ saw the participation of 42,958 respondents out of which, 29, 306 opted ‘Yes’ , 4,760 said no and rest opted for ‘Not Informed Enough’.

This is the fourth edition of a seven-part series of findings that have emerged from the Inshorts Youth of the Nation poll.
