18 May 2016, MUMBAI: Tata group Business venture, Tata Unistore has planned to launch its e-commerce portal, “Tata CLiQ”.

The e-commerce platform will open to its customers on May 27, 2016 across its website, mobile site and Android and iOS app. Tata CLiQ will offer consumers a new shopping experience in categories like apparels, electronics and footwear.

The e-commerce portal will also expand its offering by adding more categories, brands and exciting features in the near future.

According to sources and reports by ET, the chief executive officer of Tata Cliq, Manish Pandey said, “The ‘Q’ in the logo represents a magnifying glass – a visual representation of the brand’s focus on curating only the best brands and products”.

Earlier, Reliance launched an online platform called Ajjo last month and Aditya Birla Group launched abof.com about six months ago.
