Tech Mahindra, which is an Indian IT service, will now be going to acquire the US-based design company Mad*Pow.
The deal, which is expected to close by the end of the 31st of July, will help the tech Mahindra capabilities in customer experience and digital transformation, according to the report.
“Mad*Pow’s acquisition is in sync with Tech Mahindra’s global digital charter,” C P Gurnani, MD and CEO of Tech Mahindra, said. “With this collaboration, our digital footprint will take a deeper root not just in the US, but in the wider ecosystem world over. I welcome the Mad*Pow team into the Tech Mahindra family, and I am confident that together, we will achieve greater success.”
Tech Mahindra, which reported its first-quarter results, has reported with a growth of 38% in digital revenue, which makes a revenue of 40% in total.
Mad*Pow which has offices in Portsmouth and Boston, offers user-centered design services to clients across the US. The company which was founded in 2000 has more than 70 employee, which includes the psychologists, designers, strategists, researchers, creative technologies, and creative thinkers.
