25 January, 2016, Gurgaon: Chandigarh’s angel investors have invested an undisclosed amount of funding in concierge service startup, Qlivery. With the raised amount, the company is looking forward to improve its technology by implementing artificial intelligence (AI). The company assists its customers in their shopping with its personal assistance facility. Founded in 2015, Qlivery is a brain child of Karan Saharan, Chetan Agarwal, Sonal Saraogi, Shiv Agarwal and Rohit Pansari.
Operating from Gurgaon presently, it claims to have successfully served 12000 customers till now. The company is also planning to stretch its arms in Delhi NCR by the end of April 2016 and to Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore by the end of 2016.
Currently it is run by the team of 55 people and it is planning to strengthen its team to 150 people in the coming month. Apart from aforementioned plans, Qlivery is also aiming to join hands with hotels and offices to provide concierge service to employees and travellers.
