Residents of a California city earning up to $141,550 are eligible for taxpayer-funded rent relief.

In a California city where the school region requested local area individuals to lease rooms to educators who they said couldn’t bear the cost of lodging, an individual making $141,550 is qualified for a lease and help program paid by citizen dollars.
The city of Milpitas is burning through $950,000 from the government American Salvage Plan on its lease and home loan alleviation program “to assist low-and moderate-pay occupants who with having been adversely affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.” The program was sent off in December.
