Vendor collaboration platform TheVetted has raised $500,000 in latest round of seed funding. It was led by early-stage investment firm Kae Capital, Rudy Gadre and other investors Techcircle reported.
Founded in 2013 by Jagmeet Lamba and Owais Lone, TheVetted enables faster vendor on-boarding with configurable workflows, automating risk and compliance through integrations with business data sources, and vendor discovery and competition via searchable knowledge base.
“We are now live at three Fortune 500 firms who have suppliers in over 80 countries,” said Lamba.
Lamba has previously co-founded a startup backed by Microsoft and TechStars and is a keen Traveler. Owais Lone is Co-founder and CTO of Seesr, a HTML5 based interactive video solution backed by UK based Oxygen Accelerator.
