Zendesk Inc, today revealed it acquired Smooch Technologies Holdings, the Montreal based company behind the Smooch, a platform which connects the businesses with customers to power more personalized and human conversations.
As of now, terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The acquisition also marks the Zendesk’s next step in delivering the best omnichannel experiences by connecting conversations between the customers and businesses on any of the messaging channels from the mobile apps to websites to the world leading messaging apps like the Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp.
